meditation query

gurudev naman, gurudev i dont do meditation but try to realise myself for 5 to 10 minutes ...i try to live with my being enjoy my being here on earth...it seems to me like a jump not a process...it seems effective and i feel like dissolving ..could this lead me into the truth??would i realize the ultimate one day by this??mera second question hai ki jab me iss self realisation me gehra jata hu to lagta hai me toot raha hun,doob raha hu..par duub nahi pata ,lagta hai breathing will stop or me kinare par hi rah jata hu...kasti chali jati hai muje chhod kar..i kept on waiting but the day never came...oo!lord kindly help me out..i need you.
